Meeting point in Arturo Prat 270, Puerto Natales
** Passengers of foreign nationality with Chilean Rut, this must be a definitive Chilean residence, otherwise the passport must be sent and crossed with this border.
** Chilean minors in case of traveling alone with a father or mother or none of them, must have a notarized written permission plus a printed birth certificate.
** Chilean minor must carry if or if your printed birth certificate.
** Verify that in case of some countries they need a visa to enter Argentina.
** Passengers of Chinese nationality must have the IDE / AVE VISA printed. Without this document no reservation will be accepted.
** In the case of passengers of Chilean nationality, the complete data with 02 surnames is required since this is required at the border.
Reservations can be canceled and / or modified free of charge up to 72 hours before the start of the Tour, after which 100% of the rate will be charged. Passengers who do not attend and have a confirmed reservation (no show) will be charged 100% of the service
We will meet at the meeting point in Arturo Prat 270, Puerto Natales early in the morning to start a 5 and a half hour trip, which will take us from Puerto Natales to the Perito Moreno Glacier, in Argentina. Along the way we will make two stops: the first, at the Don Guillermo border crossing, where we will carry out customs and immigration procedures; the second, at the El Calafate Bus Terminal, where a guide will join the group, who will accompany us on our visit to Los Glaciares National Park, . Passengers can have coffee and use the toilet.
We continue our trip for 1.5 more hours until we reach Los Glaciares National Park. The entrance fee per person is AR$5500. Passengers will have the option of sailing on Lake Argentino on a catamaran, approaching the front wall of the Glacier, where it is possible to observe the constant detachment of ice of more than 70 meters in height.
Then it is possible to travel more than 3 km of footbridges in front of one of the most imposing glaciers in the world, the Perito Moreno Glacier. This tour lasts two hours.
Return to El Calafate, and then, we begin the return to Puerto Natales to arrive at 22:30 hrs.
Full day Perito Moreno Glacier is made daily in high season and in low season is mainly done on weekends
Note: You can choose the option to return on another day or you can stay in El Calafate at the end of the tour to the Perito Moreno glacier
We must arrive at 6:40 AM at the Puerto Natales Bus Terminal (Office No. 5), where we will board the bus to El Calafate. The first stop will be at the Río Don Guillermo border crossing in Cerro Castillo, where customs and immigration procedures are carried out to enter Argentina. (It’s important to have your documents up to date and to be informed about what can and cannot be taken across the border.)
The estimated arrival time in El Calafate is around 12:00 PM. At the El Calafate bus terminal (omnibus station), our transportation will be waiting to take us to the Perito Moreno Glacier.
We will then continue the journey for approximately 1.5 hours to reach Los Glaciares National Park. The entrance fee is paid in Argentine pesos upon arrival at the park. Passengers will have the option to take a catamaran boat tour on Lake Argentino (additional cost), approaching the front wall of the glacier, where you can witness the frequent ice calvings of over 70 meters high.
After that, you will have time to walk along more than 3 kilometers of walkways facing one of the most impressive glaciers in the world — the Perito Moreno Glacier.
Once the visit to the glacier is over, we will return to El Calafate, where we will drop you off at your accommodation.
The following day, we must be at the El Calafate bus terminal at 7:30 AM to take the 8:00 AM bus back to Puerto Natales, with an estimated arrival time of 1:00 PM.
