Cancellations and date changes:

• Between 4 and 6 days prior to the navigation: a 70% cancellation fee will apply.

• 3 days or less prior to the navigation: a 100% cancellation fee will apply, with no refund available.

Refunds:

• If a refund is applicable, it will be processed using the same payment method originally used by the passenger, with any applicable transaction fees deducted.

• If the new selected or assigned date has a different rate, the passenger must pay the difference. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Exceptional situations:

• In the event of illness, accident, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent participation, supporting documentation will be required, and Solo Patagonia will evaluate whether a refund or rescheduling is appropriate.

Cancellations due to weather or force majeure:

• If the service is canceled due to weather conditions or force majeure, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

Service conditions:

• It is the passenger’s responsibility to arrive on time at the designated boarding time. The company is not liable for any inconvenience or delays caused by lateness.

• Once the trip has started, the captain may alter the route for safety reasons. In such cases, the service will be considered fulfilled, with no right to claim.

• The company is not responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement of personal items, money, or belongings.

• The carrier’s liability is limited in all cases as per the laws of the Argentine Republic in force at the time of the incident.

Onboard conduct:

• During embarkation, the trip, and disembarkation, the passenger must strictly follow all instructions given by the captain, crew, and/or regulatory authorities (such as the Argentine Coast Guard or the National Parks Administration). Any violations will be reported to the relevant authorities.

• The passenger must report any damage, injury, complaint, or suggestion to the captain immediately and before disembarkation at the destination port. A complaints and feedback logbook is available on board. Failure to do so will result in the loss of any right to claim.

Services not included:

• The rate does not include tolls, park entrance fees or other related charges. The transfer between El Calafate and Puerto Bandera is included in this tour.
