An island, which forms a conservation reserve, where Magellan penguins spend the southern summer, where they nest and have their young, recommended tour if you travel to Patagonia

I visited this Island with my partner and it was a success, the trip is very pleasant and it is very easy to get good photographs. 100% recommended for visitors who are in Punta Arenas.

A visit to Isla Magdalena will offer one of the best wildlife viewings anywhere. It has to be reached from a boat from one of the ports of Punta Arenas. An hour is good enough to walk around the island and see the penguins in their natural habitat up close. Certainly would very highly recommend visiting this island to any traveler and especially those who are interested in seeing wild life.
