In case of cancellation of a private service, the money will be returned according to the following schedule:
In no case will there be a refund in case of canceling a program 48 hours before the reserved date. 100% of the service will be charged to passengers who do not attend and have a confirmed reservation (no show).
We will start our full day at Torres del Paine at 07:30 a.m. picking up the travelers at their lodging place in Puerto Natales, starting the trip towards Torres del Paine at approximately 07:45 hrs. with first stop in Cerro Castillo, where we can use sanitary services or buy in the cafeteria in the cafeteria that is in the place.
We continue our tour to the Torres del Paine National Park, making a stop at the Mirador del Sarmiento lake. From there you have the first panoramic view of the Cordillera Paine, travelers can take pictures or videos.
We continue the trip to the Torres del Paine National Park, until we reach the Laguna Amarga sector, where we can see the imposing granite formations known as the Torres del Paine, from a privileged view of the Laguna Amarga to later go to the sector called Cascada Paine where we will make a stop so that our passengers can take pictures of the sector from its vantage point.-
After entering the National Park by Laguna Amarga Lodge and on the way to the administrative headquarters, a stop is made at the Nordenskjöld Viewpoint, from where the immensity of the Paine Mountain Range is appreciated, especially the Cuernos del Paine formations, Monte Almirante Nieto, and Paine Grande.
We continue the trip along the shore of Lake Pehoé from where it is possible to see the Salto Grande. Where passengers can take a walk to the sector of the viewpoint with the Cuernos del Paine on their back, if the weather conditions do not allow it due to strong winds, there will be an arrest from the Mirador that exists along the way.
The trip continues to the viewpoint of Lake Pehoé. Here it is possible to see the Island where Hosteria Pehoé is located, and the imposing Paine mountain range with a spectacular view of the Cuernos del Paine. We will continue the trip to the Pehoé campsite where we will stop for approximately 40 min. for lunch. Passengers can bring all kinds of food from Puerto Natales for the trip.
From here the trip continues along the banks of the Paine River, until crossing it over the bridge over the River Weber, and from there we go to the sector of Lake Gray. During the way it is possible to see flora and fauna in the sector.
From the place of the parking, you can make a walk that will lead us to the sector of Lake Gray where you can see different icebergs that move from the Gray Glacier and reach the shore of the beach. This walk has a duration of 1 hour in total.- (subject to modification / closure due to climatic conditions and / or order of CONAF)
After visiting Gray Lake, we return to the sector of the Administrative Headquarters of the National Park and from there take the new road towards Puerto Natales. There is a stop to take photographs at the Lago del Toro viewpoint, where you can see the glacier Gray, the Paine mountain range and the Toro Lake from a great distance.
After visiting the viewpoints, we make a lookout at the Cueva del Milodón Natural Monument where it will be possible to visit the audiovisual room and the large cavern where the replica of the Milodon is located.
From there you arrive in Puerto Natales, at approximately 6:30 p.m. leaving the passengers in their respective place of lodging.
