We offer a shared transfer service for the Grey Lake Navigation from Puerto Natales.

  • 13:00 hrs: Return from the Hotel Lago Grey parking lot

  • 15:30 hrs: Arrival in Puerto Natales (approx.)

Departure from Puerto Natales – Hotel Lago Grey (Second Navigation)

  • 09:00 – 09:30 hrs: Pick-up from accommodation in Puerto Natales

  • 12:00 hrs: Arrival at Hotel Lago Grey

  • 17:00 hrs: Return from Hotel Lago Grey

  • 19:30 hrs: Arrival in Puerto Natales

Accommodation within the urban area of Puerto Natales

Start time

Winter navigation: pick-up between 07:00 and 07:30 hrs, back in Puerto Natales at around 17:00 hrs. In winter there is a single navigation, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, and the transfer returns with the whole group.

1st navigation: 06:00 – 06:30 hrs

2nd navigation: 09:00 – 09:30 hrs

3rd navigation: 12:00 – 12:30 hrs

FAQ

What happens if the navigation scheduled for the same day as the reserved transfer is canceled?

If the navigation is canceled due to weather conditions (wind) or other reasons beyond our control, the transfer service is non-refundable, as it is considered an independent service that is still provided as scheduled.

How far in advance should I book the Hotel Lago Grey Transfer?

We accept bookings up to 1 day in advance, always subject to availability. However, we strongly recommend booking as early as possible to secure your spot, especially during high season.

Is there a minimum number of passengers required for the transfer?

Yes, a minimum of 4 passengers is required to confirm the service.
If this number is not reached, we will offer you the closest available dates or, if you prefer, a full refund of the amount paid. The earlier you book, the greater the chances of confirming the departure.
