We will start our activity inside Los Glaciares National Park, located 80 km from the city of El Calafate. Upon arrival at the Park, we will have the opportunity to visit the magnificent Perito Moreno Glacier. This undoubtedly complements your visit to be dazzled by the impressiveness of its landslides, not only from the height of the walkways, but now from the level of the lake: the front of the Glacier ranges between 40 and 80 meters high above the level of the lake.
Important: It is necessary to carry a DNI / Identity Card or Passport to enter the Los Glaciares Park.

We will travel by bus from El Calafate to the Perito Moreno Glacier an average distance of 80 km along a paved road.
Leaving the town of El Calafate, to the right we can see Lake Argentino with its Redonda Bay. In it you can see an important variety of avifauna, highlighting the black-necked swan, flamingo, steam duck and cauquenes.
In the first 40 kilometers the Patagonian steppe is crossed, passing later to the entrance of the National Park from where we will begin to observe the arboreal vegetation belonging mostly to the “notofagus” family (ñires, sour cherries, lengas), flowers of different colors , among which the notro stands out for its intense red color.
Once in the walkway area in front of the Perito Moreno Glacier, we see the majesty that strikes the eyes of the traveler and recovered from the amazement, we will walk the stairs to obtain different views of the front of the 5-kilometer-long glacier.
