Sail through the legendary Strait of Magellan on a unique journey to Magdalena and Marta Islands, home to an impressive diversity of Patagonian wildlife.
On Magdalena Island, you can walk alongside thousands of Magellanic penguins, while on Marta Island, you’ll observe a large colony of sea lions, as well as cormorants and kelp gulls.
During the crossing, it’s possible to spot southern right whale dolphins, Commerson’s dolphins, and sei whales, weather permitting.

🕗 07:35 – Navigation to Magdalena Island
Fast catamaran crossing through the Strait of Magellan.

🕘 08:20 – Guided walk on Magdalena Island (1 hour)
1.1 km trail walk among thousands of Magellanic penguins and visit to the lighthouse.

🕙 09:20 – Navigation to Marta Island
Short navigation between the two islands.

🕙 09:40 – Circumnavigation and wildlife watching at Marta Island
Observation of sea lions, imperial cormorants, and other seabirds.

🕚 10:10 – Navigation back to Bahía Laredo
Return journey with panoramic views of the Strait of Magellan.
