With this presentation, we invite you to enjoy one of the unforgettable activities within the Torres del Paine National Park, navigation on the grey lake, along the ice walls of the Grey Glacier.

Cancellation and refund policies

In case of cancellation of reservations, a penalty will be charged for cancellation after the deadline according to the following:

  • From 0 to 6 days: 100%
  • More than 7 days: 0%
  • In case of suspension of outdoor activities for weather reasons, the costs of the activity will be reimbursed.

How do I get to the Lago Grey hotel?

 

To access the Lago Gray Hotel, you have three transportation alternatives: private vehicle (own or rented vehicle, or private transportation), shared transfer (you can hire it with us) or regular bus (via Bus Sur)

You can combine each option as follows:

  • 1st navigation: arrival by private vehicle or shared transfer.
  • 2nd navigation: arrival by private vehicle, shared transfer or regular bus.
  • 3rd navigation: arrival by private vehicle, shared transfer (subject to availability)
  • 4th navigation: arrival by private vehicle.

In the case of the only navigation during winter, departing between 10:00 and 1:45 p.m., available between May and August, you can arrive by private vehicle or shared transfer.

Can navigation to lago grey be suspended?

In case of suspension of the Navigation for climatic reasons or for not reaching the minimum number of passengers for the departure, the costs of the activity will be reimbursed only to the requesting company and not to the passenger.

Where is the Lago Grey hotel located?

The Lago Grey hotel is located 90 kilometers (2 hours away) from the city of Puerto Natales, within the Torres del Paine National Park.

What period of the year does this tour take place?

It is carried out throughout the year according to the following calendar:

  • May to August: Wednesday and Saturday of each week (Only one navigation from 10am to 01:45pm)
  • September to April: Every day

When should you buy the entrance to the Torres del Paine park?

It is mandatory to purchase the entrance to the Torres del Paine park online, no later than one day before the start of the excursion, through the website https://www.pasesparques.cl/. If the activity is suspended for any reason, the ticket will not be refunded.
