Itinerary

City TourPunta Arenas

We begin the tour of the Plaza de Armas of the city which owes its name to Governor Benjamín Muñoz Gamero, in the center there is a bronze monument, dedicated to Hernando de Magallanes, we follow the route to Cerro de Cruz, where you can see a beautiful view of the city and the Strait of Magellan is contemplated.

Continuing our tour we will visit Municipal Cemetery which houses history in each of its mausoleums, then we will go to the Monument the sheepdog that is forced to photograph.

After this we continue with the visit to the Nao Victoria interactive Museum where you can see on a real scale the ship of the expeditionary Hernando de Magallanes when he came to conquer these lands, undoubtedly a legacy of history.

Finally, we go to the waterfront where its wide splendor can be seen in the Strait of Magellan, next to the monument to the Schooner Ancud, with which the Strait of Magellan was taken on behalf of the Government of Chile. Returning around 1:00 p.m.
